Mountain Comprehensive Care Center is hiring for a Support Staff in our Princeton clinic working the front desk and assisting the Therapists and the APRN.

PURPOSE: To provide client support in a mental health outpatient clinic. Duties include checking clients in for services, scheduling appointments, working with electronic medical records, assisting the NP with follow up calls, and similar administrative duties. In addition CNA experience is a plus for taking blood pressure and medication information.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High School graduate or GED. One year of experience in Mental Health facility or as CNA preferred. Must have a valid Kentucky motor vehicle operator’s license.

SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Must be able to type and have general knowledge of office procedures and computer office programs. Ability to maintain professional attitude in working with co-workers and public. Considerable knowledge of organization methods, rules, and office equipment. Ability to plan and organize. Sound judgment, initiative, and resourcefulness. Must pass a background check and have a valid KY driver’s license.

TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Requires sitting, standing, bending and walking. Must be able to lift and carry light loads, (up to 15 pounds).
