Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR)

Nursing Assistant Certified (NAC) Skilled Nursing Facility/Nursing Home

$20 - $23.91 per hour

$2,400.00 signing bonus

Work for a not-for-profit skilled nursing facility (SNF). We use our resources to provide adequate staffing. We have LOW patient to resident ratios. Currently our NAC's have 7 patients each.

Full-time schedule for Nursing Assistants.

We also have part-time/ON CALL positions!

Responsibilities of the NAC/NAR:

• Direct patient care: assisting with daily living activities. This includes assisting residents to get dressed, providing am and pm care, delivering meals to patients as well as turning and ambulating patients
• Nursing assistants assist nurses and other staff as needed
• Reporting changes in resident condition and behavior

Qualifications of the NAC/NAR:

• Nursing Assistant certification (NAC) or Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR)
• If you are a NAR, you need to be in a Nursing Assistant Training Course or have just graduated from a NAC training course. We are able to do the required 40 hours of clinical hours for those who have graduated.
• Excellent communication skills, including ability to communicate with empathy
• Good attendance
