As a Nursing Supervisor, Garcia House, you will be responsible for the clinical and administrative supervision of medical support staff at a 24-hour facility. By establishing standards that ensure medical resources are utilized at an optimal level, you will promote and restore client health by developing day-to-day management and long-term planning of client care. The applicant will collaborate with physicians, and multidisciplinary professional staff to assure individual employee effectiveness through coaching, mentoring, and counseling. This role will balance appropriate workloads to support medical staff efficiencies in patient care and improve overall team productivity.

Location: Garcia House, Fort Collins, Colorado- Status: Full-time, Salaried
As a Nursing Supervisor, Garcia House, you will be responsible for the clinical and administrative supervision of medical support staff at a 24-hour facility. By establishing standards that ensure medical resources are utilized at an optimal level, you will promote and restore client health by developing day-to-day management and long-term planning of client care. The applicant will collaborate with physicians, and multidisciplinary professional staff to assure individual employee effectiveness through coaching, mentoring, and counseling. This role will balance appropriate workloads to support medical staff efficiencies in patient care and improve overall team productivity.
The applicant must be able to supervise nursing duties and perform in the field, I.E.: administer IM medications, take vital signs, obtain prior authorizations for medications, perform refill requests, assist with lab work, medication inventory, and treatment follow-ups. You must have knowledge of professional nursing and medication procedures in this role.

- Required: A nursing degree required; A minimum of 3 years clinical and administrative experience in a Mental Health field or related field. Valid CO Driver's License
