Job description
To provide direct occupational therapy care to the residents of Bryan Manor in accordance with Federal, State and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern the facility.
Must represent and maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Must have a strong communication skillset along with promoting teamwork and collaborating with facility staff to ensure that the highest degree of quality of care is always maintained, including type and frequency of treatment.
Education/Training Requirements: Graduate from an accredited college
Experience: Six (6) months experience within the last two (2) years or completion of a clinical rotation within the last year. Experience in ICF/DD setting is preferred but not required.
Certification: Valid State of Illinois Licensure - Occupational Therapist (OT); CPR certification; Valid driver's license

Pay: $50.00 - $53.00 per hour
