First Steps Pediatric Therapy Specialists is looking for COTAs to join our team in the following DFW areas:

• East Dallas/Seagoville
• Richardson/Garland
• South Dallas
• Fort Worth (Central/South)

Your Role:

• Provide direct therapy treatment in homes
• Involve patient/families in home education/exercise program
• Complete visit documentation utilizing Health Trust Software
• Schedule patient visits to meet plan of care
• Adhere to agency timelines for successful completion of documenation and email correspondence
• Attend team meetings

COMPENSATION RATE: Dependent upon experience

Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapy Assistant Texas License
• Current CPR certification
• Valid Personal Texas auto liability insurance
• A passion to treat and care for our pediatric population!
