Job description
Valley Village ADHC/CBAS, a nonprofit Adult Day Healthcare Center, serving individuals with Intellectual Disabilities in Winnetka, California, is looking for an Occupational Therapist Consultant.
The candidate will be a member of our interdisciplinary team, performing initial, annual, and semi-annual evaluations/assessments, developing goals and objectives, and ensuring the program plan is being implemented properly and consistently.
Hours Vary: 20-60 hours a month.
Location: In-person at the ADHC/CBAS Center- Winnetka, California. Weekdays only.
Other duties shall include but are not limited to:
- Participation in the individual program plan meetings.
- Provide in-service training to direct care and supervisory staff regarding the discipline, areas treated, program objectives, and special techniques of the area, with ongoing follow-up to ensure proper implementation of individualized programs.
- Document monthly or as needed progress, reviews, and updates.
- Provide all assessments, recommendations and plans in writing to the Day Program Director.
