Your Role:

The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, specifically Microsoft Teams and improving client relationships. The candidate should be ambitious, proactive, detail-oriented, and a compassionate individual who keeps the customer at the fore front of all activities.

Your work:

  • Serve as the Microsoft Teams service expert lead for our Microsoft Teams environment on a day-to-day basis.
  • Represent MS Teams by participating in the agile sprint process
  • Provide third level problem resolution support as necessary. 24X7 immediate response may be required
  • Technical understanding of how Teams’ services function and the interaction of Teams with business functions and applications
  • Understanding of add-on applications and tools and how they integrate with Teams
  • Detailed understanding of features, capabilities, limitations, and configuration options available in Teams
  • Assist in the creation of design documents when needed, evaluate and test new featurs for performance and cost benefit
  • Have an eye for detail and a strong belief in documentation, communication, and collaboration
  • Strong desire to seek continuous improvement in Teams services for end users
  • Be able to work with technical and non-technical end users and vendors to resolve service problems, regardless of the underlying cause. Handle escalated Service Desk issues related to Teams services.
  • Ability to track and troubleshoot Teams performance issues and utilization trends to allow for optimal configuration of Teams
  • Respond to technical inquiries about Teams
  • Training and educating team members, support personnel on Teams capabilities and limitations
  • Understand governance controls and limitations of Teams used to reduce the risk of data exposure
  • Understanding of Teams Live Events as well as knowledge of other communications/meeting platforms (Zoom) is a plus

What would make us excited about you?

  • Bachelor’s degree information systems, information technology, or other technical field, or equivalent experience
  • One or more certifications for Microsoft 365 preferred, in particular: Microsoft 365 Certified Teams Administrator Associate; Microsoft 365 Fundamentals; or Microsoft Enterprise Administrator Expert
  • ITIL Foundations v4 certification a plus
  • Experience in A Teams administrator role
  • Strong customer service skills, particularly working with non-technical colleagues

The national average salary range for this position is $119,250 – $132,500. However, we have a location-based compensation structure. Our salary ranges vary and are calculated based on county of residence. The full salary rangefor this position across all the states we hire in is $107,280 - $159,200. This role also includes an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), of up to 10% of eligible pay.
