- Complete commercial qualification packages
- Clear 811 for commercial jobs
- Manage vehicle and equipment insurance
- Manage vehicle one pass program
- Work from home as needed
- Answering the phones
- Data entry
- Scheduling
- Faxing/Scanning/Emailing
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience working as an Administrative Assistant in the Commercial Construction Field.
- Customer Service Skills
- Administrative background
