We are local Real Estate company seeking a front desk admin team member with creative marketing and data entry skills to join our team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is organized, detail-orientated and has a passion for creating visually appealing marketing materials. Great job experience for somebody looking to get into the Real Estate field and learn the ins & outs of the business.

Qualifications and Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Want to become an Agent or is already a Real Estate Agent
  • 1+ years of experience in an administrative or customer service role; real estate experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive; Canva experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Have a good understanding of social media platforms specifically Facebook
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive energy & attitude, who will contribute positively as a team member in working on various team projects

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Assist agents with entering property information into our databases and review documents to ensure compliance
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of data in all systems
  • Create visually appealing marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, social media posts, email campaigns and misc advertising content for our company and our non profit organization
  • Manage and update our company website
  • Work with our agents with marketing and other various areas of assistance
  • Welcome and educate new agents to our team
  • Perform other administrative tasks

We are a one of one, locally and family owned Real Estate Company. We have 35 agents, many whom have been with the company over 15 years. Our amazing staff, broker and management team are very hands with helping agents.
