We're looking for an Office Assistant to help us keep our office organized and efficient. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting a professional office and will be able to effectively communicate and take direction. This is a full-time position that requires long hours, flexibility, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers.
• Answer questions.
• Order merchandise and stock merchandise shelf.
• Maintain inventory of office supplies.
• Keep the office clean and orderly.
• Answer phones and take messages.
• Schedule appointments.
• Return phone calls.
• Manage office social media accounts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 per hour
