Office Assistant/Bookkeeping
Job description
We are looking for an enthusiastic professional with a passion for great customer service to join our team. The qualified candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional customer service. This main role is responsible for bookkeeping and accounting records of financial transactions for clients and vendors with high productivity and efficiency.
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Data entry/Accounts Payable
Process, File, and archive invoices, receipts, and tenant documents.
Prepare and mail invoices and tenant notices
Answer phones and function as receptionist
Enter corporate invoices into AppFolio
Mail certified documents at the post office
Perform data entry and administrative duties
Perform any office tasks necessary to ensure smooth operations
Create and dispatch service work orders based on customer issues
Schedule vendors
Manage service work orders from start to finish to ensure customer satisfaction
Respond to customer emails/phone calls
Spreadsheet development of customer databases (export and import from multiple systems)
Invoicing and some service call A/R follow up
Process customer credit card transactions when required
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience in bookkeeping, accounting, finance, or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and MULTITASK!
Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented - a must!
Bilingual (English and Spanish)
Team-oriented
Willing to perform whatever tasks are necessary for the office
Able to take responsibility for tasks and ensure their completion
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $28.30 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Los Angeles, CA 90047: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
