Office Clerk
Position Summary:
The Office Clerk for the Distribution Center (DC) will be the liaison between the DC, retail store operations, and other departments, such as merchandising, insurance, accounting, maintenance, imports, etc., to support the warehouse management team in organizing and planning various departmental projects. Additional specific tasks will include but are not limited to answering incoming phone calls, performing data entries, and processing POs.
Responsibilities:
● Provide administrative support to the Distribution Center (DC) in answering incoming phone calls, performing data entries, and processing POs.
● Support warehouse management team in organizing and planning various departmental projects, including distributing information from and to other departments.
● Support in managing office supplies, vendor management, set up and clean up for events, and support receiving when necessary.
● Participate in meetings, take meeting minutes, and appropriately log and store the details for managers to review.
● Perform procedural and administrative support while maintaining confidentiality for sensitive information.
● Assist in the Health Department inspection processes.
● Assist in the facilitation of FDA product samples/inspections.
● Assist in conducting monthly equipment asset audits.
● Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
● A High school diploma or equivalent is required. A Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related fields is preferred.
● 1+ years of experience providing administrative and clerical support in a warehouse environment is required.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software is required.
● Demonstrate working knowledge of warehouse inbound (trailer and container deliveries), outbound, inventory, and product hold/release processes.
● Able to prioritize work, delegate, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high stress environment. ● Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
● Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
● Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
● Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Physical Requirements:
● Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
● Must be able to lift to 20 pounds at times

● Employment type: Full Time, 08:30 AM - 05:30 PM.

Compensation:
The pay range for this job is between $16/Hr. - $19/Hr. This is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) the responsibilities of the job, your education, skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
