Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform various duties including a combination of maintaining files and records, so they remain updated and easily accessible
  • Answer the phone to take messages or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, etc.)
  • Utilize office appliances such as photocopier, printers etc. and computers for word processing and spreadsheet creation
  • Undertake basic bookkeeping tasks and issue invoices, checks etc
  • Manage calendars and arrange appointments
  • Process and prepare documents, such as business emails etc.

Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent along with one-year experience in an office environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Barstow, CA 92311: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
