Amada Senior Care North Orange County is seeking friendly and compassionate Office Coordinator to assist with basic office functions such as answering phones, recruiting caregivers and scheduling shifts as needed. The focus is to make sure Clients receive the care they need. This is a flexible position with a mixture of Office/customer service and Caregiver hours.
The Office Coordinator is responsible for a variety of duties including:
Answers telephone, directs calls and takes messages using good telephone technique.
Greets and assists everyone who comes into the office in a professional manner.
Sets appointments for new applicants, and explains the initial application process.
Assists with recruiting; i.e. tracking incoming calls, number of applicants, and new hires.
Assists with checking associate work references.
Checks and verifies all appropriate identification of new associates.
Verifies valid licenses and certifications with appropriate licensing body.
Other duties as assigned.
We provide non-medical home care to our clients, occasional errands to appointments, grocery shopping etc.
- Medication reminders
- Light meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Assistance with grooming/dressing/personal care
- Ambulation assistance
- Toileting assistance
- Monitoring client’s condition and provide updates to the healthcare team

Position Requirements
- Office experience / Customer service skills
- Passion for helping others
- Previous experience a plus!
- Driver’s license
- Reliable vehicle
- HCA and Livescan (if you do not have these requirements we can help you get them!)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
