Magnolia Medical and Pica8 are in growth mode, and we are looking for a rockstar Office Experience Administrator to coordinate office operations for both companies at Queen Anne Square. What you’ll do…

• Ensure that each office operates efficiently and smoothly
• Serve as first point of contact for office visitors and inbound calls
• Coordinate office events and offsite meetings
• Order supplies and stock the public areas in the office as needed: conference rooms, kitchens, printers, office supplies, etc.
• Maintain the office day-to-day, ensuring basic tidiness and cleanliness.
• Engage with vendors and contractors
• Receive and sort incoming mail + deliveries / manage outgoing mail and packages
• Coordinate security cards, business cards, parking, etc…

About You

• You have a positive attitude and get energy from creating exceptional experiences
• You have strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills.
• You are a self-starter and driven with the ability to manage multiple projects or tasks and stay on schedule.
• You are computer literate with strong problem-solving skills.
• You are meticulous and well-organized

What You'll Bring…

• 2+ years of experience in an administrative function
• Previous experience working in biotechnology environment is a plus
• 2+ years of experience working in a Microsoft Office Suite of products including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site Monday through Friday
• A professional demeanor when greeting and speaking to guests in the workplace.
• A problem-solver mentality
