Position Overview:

Portland Glass, a Neighborly® company, is seeking an Office Manager to help lead our glass shop administrative staff in West Lebanon, New Hampshire.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Answer the phone/greet customers in a timely manner

  • Schedule sales/jobs effectively and appropriately

  • Demonstrate proficiency with the point-of-sale system and all computer systems

  • Address calls as they escalate with the goal of customer satisfaction

  • Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of Portland Glass products and services

  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed

  • Identify opportunities to improve office workflow and standards

  • Maintain files and oversee the filing process

  • Perform daily administrative duties such as billing, deposits, sorting mail, observing credit limits/past due balances, etc.

  • Manages calendar for self and manager

  • Maintains a clean and organized receptionist area

  • Perform other duties as required. These duties may include assignments in job classification other than their own.

  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.

Education & Experience:

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Experience:

  • At least one (1) year of prior office management experience
