The Office Manager will support our growing branch operations by maintaining and enforcing our office procedures with fellow team members and customers.

He/She will perform the various duties listed below while coordinating and supervising various branch tasks that affect and help maintain our core business opportunities in our national rental, sales and service industry.

Job Duties

-Maintain office by managing and enforcing office operations and procedures.

-Create, bill and maintain all rental contracts.

-Billing of Sale Orders and Services Orders.

-Reply to customer needs and questions in a timely manner.

-Accounts Payable, including ensuring vendor invoices are processed and submitted in a timely manner.

-Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, collections, and processing customer payments.

-Must be familiar with Miami lien laws and distribution of “Notice to Owners” and releases.

-Distribute end of the month reports and information to team members.

-Create and maintain files of all customers transactions in One Drive.

-Enforce corporate policies and maintain and follow all safety guidelines and procedures.

-Administrative support for Sales and Operations which involves receiving and tracking incoming orders and supplies and inventory management. Setting up new customers and vetting new vendors and suppliers.

-Maintain office supplies and equipment.

-Manager all branch correspondence and mail distribution.

-Other duties as they become necessary as the branch grows.

Job Type: Full-time

  • Monday to Friday

  • Dania Beach, FL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

  • Administrative experience: 1 year (Required)
