Duties / Responsibilities!
- Day-to-day scheduling & coordination of care
- Staff shifts & take client inquiries
- Match client needs to caregiver skills & attributes
- Participate in on call every quarter
- Schedule, remind, & follow up on appointments
- Resolve issues that may arise amongst the client, their care team, and the RAH care staff
