Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Must have access to a mobile phone for on-call purposes
- Must be available for structured in-office training and weekly office meetings
