RESPONSIBILITIES:

This is a part time position - work as demands needs it

Must have a flexible schedule

• Assisting with making reservations
• New member tours
• Help maintain clubhouse facilities and provide a level of hospitality to our residents and exceeds guest expectation
• Works closely with management and all staff to create a strong and effective team.
• Welcome residents to the clubhouse with a smile and high standards of service.
• Help out with housekeeping which and guests experience and expectations.
• Help maintain smooth operation of the clubhouse facilities, infrastructure, services and functions.

• Plus other work related tasks

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma
• Prior customer service experience
• A 5-star attitude and warm, friendly personality; outgoing without being overbearing, possessing a pleasant and caring manner with everyone
• Able to communicate effectively and professionally in English; to follow oral and written instructions and to memorize necessary information
• A strong work ethic and the ability to work rapidly and quietly during rush periods
• A team player able to work well with others
• Organized and proactive with great attention to detail
• Punctual and reliable

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
