RESPONSIBILITIES:

This is a night shift - hours are 11:00 pm to 7:30 am Wednesday through Sunday

• Protect the company’s property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment.
• Observation for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances.
• Act lawfully in direct defense of life or property.
• Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences.
• Report in detail any suspicious incidents.
• Regular patrol of buildings, common area and property perimeter.
• Monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gates.
• Watch alarm systems or video cameras and operate detecting/emergency equipment.
• Plus other work related tasks as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven work experience as a security guard.
• Trained in security procedures with minimum of High school diploma.
• Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment.
• Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols.
• Surveillance skills and extreme attention to detail.
• Integrity and professionalism.
• Strong work ethic and stable work history.
