Sales Operations Analyst I : LogRhythm is seeking an analytical, problem-solving, and solution-oriented Sales Operations Analyst. The successful candidate will possess a can-do attitude, be willing to take on tough projects and help grow the business, governing themselves with unquestionable ethics. Candidate should be driven, self- motivated, and a goal setter, taking ownership and accountability for their actions and outcomes. This individual will be a true value-add partner and business liaison, corresponding cross-functionally with all departments in the organization to ensure all components of an order have been reviewed, considered and are correct.
Responsibilities:
- Salesforce and CPQ
- Accurately and efficiently, review a high volume of sales orders for compliance with company procedure, revenue recognition, and authorization limits for pricing adjustments
- EnsureSalesforcedatamanagement
- Conduct Salesforce testing for new processes, products, etc
- Creation and management of reporting in Salesforce
- Ensure required approvals, such as discounts and contractual terms, are obtained and clearly documented
- Interact with internal and external customers to maintain order satisfaction
- Gain proficiency on the MSSP program, review quotes for alignment with non-standard, standard contracts, and advising on program specific details
- Ability to add strategic value by highlighting process inefficiencies and areas in need of enablement
- Provide additional support to regional sales leaders as needed
- Work with various teams (Legal, Finance, Professional Services, Order Entry, etc.) to make sure all requirements are met for Orders to be processed with minimal or no delays
- Responsible for adherence to and compliance with policy and procedures
- Ensure sales requests are processed in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner with strong focus during period-end deadlines
- Ensure the Sales team is being supported to the highest standard possible
- Work unusual/extended hours as necessary during seasonal peaks
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in a sales support function with a global sales team
- Bachelor’s degree or an additional 2-4 years of relevant work experience
- Experience quoting and order processing
- Solid understanding and experience with CPQ tools and QTC process knowledge
- Self-motivated, ability to be highly productive with minimal oversight from senior management
- Detail-oriented and critical thinker with prior experience with complex, cross-functional pricing and proposal execution across Sales, Legal, and Finance
- Positive team player and effective communicator with all levels of management and cross-functional organizations
- Flexible and supportive in fast moving and changing environment
- Collaborative participation in identifying and suggesting possible resolution in system gaps and processes to better streamline efficient workflow
Required Skills
- Proficient with Windows & MS Office
- Experience using Salesforce
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with learning new software and technology
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent customer service skills

Salary:
The annual starting salary for this position is between 60k-70k depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
