JOB PURPOSE:
The CCE Business Operations Assistant will support the Center for Community Engagement at the Graduate School of Education & Counseling with daily operational tasks relating to event registration, database maintenance & event support. The mission of the Center for Community Engagement is to enhance the effectiveness of education and mental health professionals as agents of change by providing equity driven professional development.
Our
year-round offerings
prepare practitioners to meet the educational and mental health needs of all communities, and to advocate for equity and social justice within their field of practice. Many offerings are open to community members and professionals from other fields and disciplines.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist CCE students & community members with event registration
-
Update Budget Sheets & audit system data
-
Assist with post-event tasks (marking attendance, creating certificates, exporting evaluation surveys)
-
Update constituent records as needed
-
Assist with workshop reminders
-
Assist with preparation of event materials
-
Various office tasks as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
-
Basic spreadsheet & data entry experience
-
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
-
Computer skills, especially MS Word, Excel and web-based applications
-
Ability to follow directions and to work independently
-
Ability to interact with faculty, staff, and community members in a professional and helpful manner
-
Previous office experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
-
Previous experience working with the Center for Community Engagement
-
Graduate of Lewis & Clark College
-
Familiarity with project management software
-
Student Affairs Administration experience

Eligibility to Work
