The Distribution/Fulfillment Center team at Nick’s Menswear / The Modern Groom is a team of individuals who are passionate about making sure the groom and groomsmen look and feel their best on one of the most important days of the groom’s life - his wedding day! If you are looking for an exciting career with a growing company, look no further! We are looking for an experienced Operations/Facilities Team Member to join our team in Phoenix, AZ.

Enough about us, here’s what we’re looking for from you!

As an Operations/Facilities Team Member, you will be responsible for assisting the Operations Manager and Team Leader in maintaining a clean, organized and safe Operations environment. To do this, you will live by the mantra “a place for everything and everything in its place”. Additionally, you will support our store teams with minor maintenance and repairs that come up in stores. You must be flexible to complete various job duties as assigned and love the fact that every day will be different. When there are no facilities or maintenance tasks to perform, you will jump in to assist your fellow Operations Team Members to complete inventory and order fulfillment tasks.

• Have basic knowledge of carpentry, painting, and plumbing work
• Experienced in the safe operation of forklifts and pallet jacks
• Works well independently
• Able to prioritize time effectively when managing personal work assignments
• Detail obsessed! You are someone who prides themselves on making sure the quality of their work is perfect.
• Use software systems to manage orders, inventory, and shipping.
• Positive attitude and all around great human being
• Ability to pass a standard background check

Job Type: Non-exempt

Schedule: M-F 8am-4:30pm additional hours as necessary
