Job Description:

Essential Functions:

  • Work closely with Academy leadership to ensure all objectives are accomplished and deadlines are met on assigned projects
  • Conduct student audits as needed
  • Support registration in document collection
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner
  • Support Flight Operations Managers with reporting and data entry to improve data integrity
  • Support implementation of Training Management System objectives
  • Develop and maintain Instructor monthly reporting survey
  • Manage Activity Request Tracking and coordinate needs with Flight Operations Managers
  • Update the Training Management System with all curriculum changes.
  • Manage student tracking through examination process (Stage Checks)
  • Manage tracking and reporting through Excel
  • Provide regular reports to international airline and university partners
  • Verify instructor Flightime is accurate in Timecard 2.0
  • Coordinate completion of required training modules for Flight Operations staff
  • Manage training trends reporting (tracking and preparing unsatisfactory, incomplete, instructor anomalies)
  • Audit course enrollments to verify eligibility for registration of next course
  • Ensures compliance with applicable company policies and procedures, laws, and regulations
  • Coordination of Flight Instructor interviews and submits/tracks Flight Instructor’s training agreements
  • Supports Leadership as needed

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent is required. Associates degree is preferred.
  • 4-6 years in customer service, data collection, or operations including aviation, flight operations, or business operations.

  • Works with integrity, is coachable, and goal oriented.
  • Must have the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Efficiently and effectively utilize a computer and related software including Microsoft Suite, building spreadsheets (formulas, pivot tables, formatting).
  • Ability to handle multi-tasking, organization, and efficient work to accomplish daily/weekly/monthly objectives of the position and operations department.
  • Able to work well in a team environment and possess a positive attitude.
