CPD Operations Coordinator
Description of Position
Working within the NNU Center for Professional Development (CPD), the CPD Operations
Coordinator is responsible for monitoring operations and ensuring the successful execution of
operational functions, completing and monitoring all financial tasks, and promoting student
advocacy.
Essential Functions
- Execute operational functions (e.g. drops, refunds, receipts, course entry, and financial
- processes).
- Process, audit, reconcile, and report financial data.
- Investigate discrepancies in financial processes.
- Process 3rd party transactions related to accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Process invoices of purchase orders and instructor pay.
- Maintain valid metrics and analytics on revenue, financial data, and customer service.
- Advocate for CPD students regarding concerns and technical system issues.
- Coordinate and procure for external constituent events and internal office supplies.
- Provide technical support and oversight for the Higher Reach system.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in business or related area
- Two to four years years experience in bookkeeping or accounting
- Work under own initiative to facilitate effective and meaningful team efficiency
- Strong organization skills and detail orientation
- Time management skills: able to prioritize workload and projects, and to adjust priorities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems
- Work well within a team-oriented environment
- The University requires that all candidates be Christians (preferably in the Wesleyan

- values of NNU
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- Five year general business and financial experience
