Operations Innovation Analyst: You will work on high priority CEO initiatives to develop and deploy solutions which support the strategic direction of the organization. You will serve as a catalyst to positively impact change to ABC's operational, financial, and clinical performance.

- You have a highly analytical mindset; you are extremely proficient in using Microsoft Excel to synthesize data, derive insights, and make recommendations which drive organizational KPIs.
- You learn, navigate, and adopt critical technology platforms for data collection and reporting (e.g., Salesforce, Sisense, Paycor, G-Suite, etc.)
- You communicate effectively at all levels of the organization; you present comfortably and compellingly to senior executives of ABC, while having the humility to genuinely connect with front-line teammates, patients and families.
- You use the problem solving process to define opportunities, identify root-causes, develop and deploy solutions, and measure impact.
- You use continuous improvement tools and principles (Lean, Six-Sigma, PDCA) to structure and incubate improvement opportunities.
- You are proficient at change management; you effectively gather Voice of Customer and achieve buy-in before deploying solutions; you know how to support and train the end-user of new solutions to ensure they "stick."
- You are proficient at project management; you can oversee multiple work streams and cross-functional teams to ensure timely deployment of key project deliverables.
- You work seamlessly with teammates in the ABC centers; you garner trust and develop long-standing relationships with operators and clinicians alike; you listen more than you talk; you work to understand the needs of your internal customers before developing solutions and taking action.
- 25%-50% travel may be required to ABC key markets (Austin, Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, San Antonio, Phoenix, Tucson, Denver, Chicago, Apex)
- Location for this role is Austin, TX at the ABC corporate headquarters (in-office position)
What you will bring to ABC:
- 3+ years in business operations analysis, project management and developing solutions based on measuring data, analyzing trends and reporting.
- Bachelors or Masters degree required with relevant work experience.
- Naturally a problem solver, and you find obstacles exciting to overcome.
- Charismatic leadership to inspire teammates to learn, develop, and provide solutions to operational and clinical problems.
- High EQ - we work with children with developmental delays and their families.
- A driven go-getter attitude that wants to move up and grow with our ever-expanding company.
- An approachable and level-headed demeanor.
- Strong and fluent oral and written communication skills.
- Extremely detail-oriented mindset - you minimize mistakes because you care about getting it right.
- An appetite to work really hard - you aren't watching the clock for quittin' time because there is always more that needs to be done, and you like that.
- You feel confident reporting data and projects to c-suite executives and senior leadership.
- Pay: Competitive salary starting $70,000+ / year + Annual Bonus
