Description:

Mayvin is currently seeking a Operations Manager to assist in Mayvin’s management of their Advisory & Assistance Services (A&AS) contract with Department Homeland Security’s Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction Office (DHS CWMD). This high-profile in-office position requires an experienced and organized business professional to assist the Mayvin Program Manager in the day-to-day running of the contract, to include onboarding and offboarding of personnel, interacting with the government and staff on behalf of the PM, and owning Building Operations for the Mayvin facility, to include standup of a new Cyber Lab.

Responsibilities:

• Work with PM to improve efficiency and effectiveness of program management activities.
• Manage “On Call” security needs for facility.
• Government Furnished Equipment and reporting requirements.
• Prepare reports and audits as required by the contract, including monthly status reports, and GFE inventory requests
• Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
• Assist employees with logistics and obstacles to help them succeed in their daily work / objectives

Qualifications (Required):

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Possess analytical and organizational skills with demonstrated experience in planning, budgeting, oversight, and documentation of all aspects of services projects
• Demonstrated solid track record of delivering excellent customer service
• Possess excellent supervision/management and conflict resolution skills.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with upper management and team personnel to achieve objectives.
