Job Title - Operations Manager
Pay Rate - $70,000-$80,000 a year
Location: Middletown, PA
Shift- Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM
3 most important things client needs this person to have- Management skills, Experience in materials planning and/or inventory management, Production scheduling experience
Job Description- The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, making sure products are produced safely and cost efficiently. They will ensure goods and products are delivered on time and meet the required quality standards. Additionally, they will be involved in the pre-production planning as well as the production stage.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, direct, train, and manage the performance of the team.
- Lead daily stand-up meeting with the production and supply chain team.
- Logistics - all incoming and outgoing shipments
- Needs to manage all incoming, outgoing, and internal warehouse/inventory movements.
- Responsible for managing systems and customer order due dates.
- Responsible for production schedule.

Degrees or certifications required- Bachelors is preferred, 3-5 years in similar role related to the industry
