What will you do in this job?
You will completely own the seller and buyer customer journeys at Mobius. Among other things, you will:
- Create and conduct customer onboarding and success meetings
- Own satisfaction, engagement and conversion metrics
- Design and improve post sale operations e.g., logistics, verification, payments
- Participate in product improvements and design to improve the customer experience
- Design and execute new customer-facing programs

What does Mobius do?
Mobius is a fast growing startup that is building a circular economy in the electronics industry. The dirty secret of the industry is that $15B of brand new, excess semiconductors are thrown away every year. This happens because a market of counterfeit semiconductors drive down the prices of resale so much that it's not worth it for manufacturers with excess to resell them (think, the low prices of Louis Vuittons on eBay).
We certify the authenticity of these semiconductors and create a B2B marketplace to sell them so that they end up back in the supply chain not the landfill.

Pay: $56,124.00 - $62,951.00 per year
