Panther Brands in Lithia Springs, GA is looking to hire an Operations Manager. We pay a $90,000 annual salary plus quarterly margin bonuses. The typical schedule is Monday - Friday, 7 am - 4 pm.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Planning, organizing, and strategizing the daily operations and routine
• Working directly with the CEO and managers to develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures
• Working directly with the CEO and asset management to implement inventory control on all company assets

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 5 years experience in management and operations in the service industry
• Ability to build consensus w/ accountability and relationships among managers and employees
• Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management
• Excellent communication skills
• Solid understanding of financial management
