We're looking for a professional, friendly operations manager. Your primary job will be to continue existing systems in place for lead generation and client services. Additional duties include scheduling important appointments and/or travel arrangements and planning events as needed. Job seekers should have superb organizational skills. Ready to join the team? Compensation:

$50,000 to $75,000

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments and enter them into agent calendars
  • Answer phone calls and emails to act as a liaison between clients and team members to improve customer retention and referral rates
  • Coop and condo purchase and sublet applications
  • Checklist management
  • Edit and/or supervise the editing of videos and captions for social media posts
  • Organize client events
  • Ensure all data is properly entered into Elliman systems
  • Occasionally show properties

Qualifications:

  • Must have a valid NY Real Estate License (great candidates without one will be considered, but if hired will need to get the license within 3 months)
  • History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized
  • Excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills
  • Technologically savvy: familiarity with social media platforms; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs; and the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
