Operations Manager

Expectations

Daily Expectations

· Daily morning meeting with the leadership team

· Daily morning shop huddle with Builders, R&R, Tear Down, Valve Body Tech to set expectations for the day (sales & goals)

· Daily Coaching

o Check in on employees both professionally and personally.

Organizational Expectations

· Establish processes and procedures.

· Execute processes and look for inefficiencies.

· Monday weekly meetings

· Competitive parts purchasing

o Establish workflow.

o Ensure completion.

· Parts ordering and stocking of all supplies and build components.

o Basic price tracking

· Core management tracking and improvements

· Refine packaging and Shipping.

· Create budget and reports.

o Transmission time tracking

o Warranties

o Bonuses

o Employee cost

· Quality control tracking improvements

· Oversee installs and inspections.

· Shop maintenance of equipment (high level)

Employee Management Expectations

· Manage performance of employees

o 1 on 1’s

o 6-month goal tracking

o Annual review for raise

· Training classes scheduled for 2-hour block once a month.

· Retain and Establish Employees

o Recruit

o Interview

o Terminate

· PTO approval and scheduling

· Friday lunch $200, no alcohol, split leftovers

Relations Expectations

· Maintain and build vendor and partner relationships.

· Establish Event schedules.

o Budget and book sponsorships

o Budget and book travel

o Event booth management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
