Description:

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to provide excellent customer service, increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention; meet customer's order expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide an outstanding customer service experience
• Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
• Follow customer service procedures, policies, and standards
• Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
• Provide accurate reports as necessary
• Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
• Always maintain a positive phone presence
• Maintain accurate Purchase Order processing and Invoicing via company's ERP system
• Assuring accuracy of quotes and sales orders Requirements
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
