We are looking for Order Processors to join the team!

What’s MTESC?

The Mail Transport Equipment Service Center (MTESC) is an integrated network of facilities that manages mail transport equipment, including sacks, trays, pallets and wheeled containers. The MTESC processes, repairs, stores and distributes equipment to postal sites and large-volume mailers.

Pay rate:

Order Processors-$15.25/hr

• Weekly pay
• PLUS hourly production incentive pay
• Good attendance bonus
• Wellness benefit $4.60 (401k, Health, and Life Insurance)
• Paid Holidays, Paid Vacation, Vision and Dental Insurance.
• Ability to make incentive up to $5 more an hour.

Order processors Shift:

• 1st Shift: 5AM-1:30PM
• 2nd shift: 2PM-11:30PM

Overtime and weekends may be required dependant on client needs.

Order processor Duties and Responsibilities:

• Inspect, sort, and palletize trays, sleeves, bags, pallets, and lids
• Identify damaged or unusable equipment
• Meets daily production goal
• Ensures cleanliness of all assigned work areas
• Follows all safety rules
• Performs other duties as assigned

Order Processor Skills and Qualifications:

• Ability to identify all parts associated with sorting
• Ability to identify damaged or non-conforming stock
• Ability to meet production numbers
• Ability to stand and move for entire shift
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds and push/pull 40 pounds
• Enjoys working a team environment
• Familiar with basic math
• Follow processes
• Good verbal communication skills
• Reliable – will be on time and work scheduled shifts
• Follow instruction from supervisor
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Helpful but not required: Warehouse experience
