Order Management Associate I The Order Management Associate I is responsible for processing orders in a timely and accurate manner, setting up new customers, and setting up EDI trading partner information. This role will assist departments such as Planning, Customer Service and Transportation with focus on servicing the customer.Essential Functions
- Processes all orders in a timely and accurate manner. Ensures all exceptions for EDI orders are handled outside the automated process. Validates and resolves any issues that arise for all orders processes which include EDI, Uploading orders and manual entry.
- Assists in setting up new customers to ensure New Customer projects are completed timely. If these new customer will be ordering through EDI, they will also need to have trading partner and cross reference information set up.
- Supports for running various reports and resolving issues on a regular basis or sending them to the appropriate parties for resolution.
- Pulls and resolves all orders that have not progressed to an awaiting shipping status
- Pulls and resolves all orders that are awaiting invoice interface but have holds or pricing issues
- Pulls the partial pallet report send to appropriate parties for resolution
- Pulls picked status report and send to appropriate plants for closure
