OVERVIEW/GENERAL PURPOSE OF POSITION

The Order Management Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining Service Level Agreements with our clients by managing the proper sequence of received orders to maximize throughput via our WMS system. Responsibilities primarily revolve around creating a work lineup that evenly distributes box sizes and workflows in such a way that there is an even distribution of work across the shift structure of a fulfillment site.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Allocate WMS orders to ensure that SLAs are achieved.
• Analysis and prioritize all WMS work at the site level on an hourly basis.
• Communicate business requirements to WMS management team internally and externally.
• Communicate all WMS issues to the distribution team leaders.
• Perform audits and ensure Quality Assurance.
• Assist with Inventory Control when needed.
• Work as directed by site leadership as dictated by business need.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
