We are a boutique, natural, high-end skin care line and a small, heart-centered business of women. You must be trustworthy, responsible, dependable, an excellent communicator, kind, caring, and strive for excellence in everything you do. A perfectionist type is ideal.

We are looking for one person to replace our beloved long-term main team member who is starting a new life chapter. That person will be the general manager, alchemist, and perform all other tasks described below (which will be the most hours). We are also looking for one or two others who will work less hours doing the order fulfillment, filling and labeling, and possibly alchemy, as well.

You must be available long-term to grow with the company.

The manager / alchemy position requires requires extensive training. We invest a lot in you, so will expect you to be invested in this long-term.

Please read the responsibilities carefully. This position is solely at our skin care studio/warehouse. There is no customer service or public interaction involved. You will be running our skin care production and order fulfillment.

Responsibilities:

GENERAL MANAGEMENT

Manage all activities, other team members, and equipment at the skin care studio / warehouse.

Miscellaneous tasks in addition to the following:

SKIN CARE PRODUCTION

Small batch manufacturing of luxury skin care products such as serums, creams, masks, oils, oral care, essential oil blends and more. Preference given to cosmetic chemists, bakers, or anyone with experience creating skin care products or complex recipes. You must be able to expertly make our beautiful, luxury formulas consistently. These are high-end, professional clean beauty products with complex formulas.

Creating new formulas with the formulator - requires exquisite communication skills, ability to follow instructions, and use of your instincts and knowledge.

Precisely filling bottles and jars with product and applying labels.

Cleaning all equipment and tools.

Please be skilled at making natural skin care products, chemistry, baking, or some other precise, recipe-oriented alchemy.

Please have some knowledge of skin care, herbs, essential oils, superfoods, skin oils, etc.

ORDER FULFILLMENT

Beautifully wrapping up delicate products and placing in boxes to ship for both retail and wholesale orders.

Creating shipping labels using shipping program.

Final shipment of orders including bringing them to shipping location each day.

INVENTORY

Receiving inventory and shipments of various kinds.

Tracking inventory for products, ingredients, bottles, labels, boxes, shipping supplies.

Focus on establishing processes to ensure least possible loss and production efficiency.

Tracking utilities.

PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPHY and VIDEOGRAPHY

A big bonus if you are able to take beautiful and artistic photos and videos of the products, or if not, at least arrange photographer to come in for shoots.

DETAILS

This will be an independent contractor position.

Part time to start, but could easily grow to full-time.

Please have a semi-flexible schedule.

The studio is in Rogersville, MO. Please be within a reasonable commute.
