What it takes to be successful as an Orthodontist:
- Demonstrated proficiency in adjusting bonding, debonding, and treatment planning.
- Strong expertise in utilizing Roth.022 wires for optimal orthodontic outcomes.
- Excellent clinical skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with patients.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
The minimum requirements to be considered:
- Licensed Orthodontist in the State of Maryland.
Work Schedule & Location:
- Part-time position, working 1-2 days per week.
Compensation:
- Per diem rate of $1400 plus 30-40% of collections.
- Patients pay for services directly, eliminating insurance-related hassles.
