You need to be able to support yourself with another income (night, weekend, another household income) while you are developing a pipeline for sales.

Independent Contractor - 1099 NEC

Outside Sales Role:

This is an B2B Outside Sales role, you will be actively pursuing and meeting new clients and building relationships every day, not driving a desk. You will be tasked with building your own book of business, creating relationships, referrals, Face to Face client visits, phone calls, and emails. Selling to businesses should be something you are comfortable doing on a daily basis. Everything you do will need to be tracked through our CRM. This is a 1099 Misc/NEC contractor role and you will be compensated according to the 2023 Compensation Plan. (100% commission, no base pay)

Work day:

The standard work day is M-F 8:00-5:00, with some variations, such as starting early to get a jump on the day, staying late to hit a deadline, or picking up a project from a client after hours. And since this is 100% commission (1099 NEC / Misc), you will be responsible for planning out your activities and client interactions. There is a monthly in person meeting and weekly team meeting via Zoom to discuss our successes and learning opportunities. Other KPIs will be discussed during the interview process.

Income Opportunities*:

25% of every scanning deal - uncapped

Large deal bonuses

Annual bonus potential

Example Income:

$15,000 revenue/mo = $3,750 commission

$20,000 revenue/mo = $5,000 commission

$30,000 revenue/mo = $7,500 commission

Pay for Performance / Timeline of Income:

There is no guarantee of income and you will not be compensated in any way for time spent at Liberty Scanning, you will only be compensated according to the commission only Sales Compensation Plan. You will get your commission check on the 15th of the following month AFTER we receive payment from the client.

All Sales Professionals work independently and will only be compensated for what you sell. You must be in an active contract with Liberty Scanning to receive commission.

Auto - Pickup and Delivery of all projects to and from clients

Business Cards & Flyers (marketing materials)

Using your laptop and cell phone

Previous Reprographic / Scanning / Archiving experience a plus
