DeWitt is a family owned home improvement company that has been serving the metro Detroit area since 1978. We specialize in Roofing, siding, windows, gutters, kitchens, bathrooms, and flooring. Our mission is to provide top notch customer service. Our goal is to make costly and complicated home improvements simple and affordable.

We are looking to hire an in home sales representative to our time. No cold calling or canvassing required. All of our leads are pre set and screened by our call center. Your job is to perform an in home inspection and properly measure and price jobs. Sales or construction experience a plus, but will train the right individual. Must be comfortable giving a sales pitch and effortlessly guiding the customer through the buying process. This is an immediate hire position. Expect to have 15+ appointments a week. Our top sales reps close 25-30 deals per month with an average commission of $800. What you make is up to you commission is uncapped.

· A valid driver’s license and a safe driving record

· 1-3 years of sales experience and/or have experience in residential real estate, windows, siding, gutters, roofing, and interiors (willing to train the right individual)

· Construction & remodeling knowledge a plus

· Detail oriented, focused, and organized

· Drives to customers’ homes on pre-scheduled appointments.

· is able to build rapport with customers and determine their needs.

· Carefully examines the customer’s home to provide an accurate scope of work.

· Provides necessary recommendations to the customer that will resolve such issues.

· Provides customers with a remarkable experience.

· Educates customer about our financing and discounts.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
