Overnight Front Desk Agent/Night Audit
Job description
We are looking for a self motivated, detail oriented, night owl to join our award winning team!
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: Night Audit functions such run nightly audit reports, reconcile all charges and dependencies. Complete check-ins, check-outs, creating, confirming and modifying reservations, provide guests area information, and communicating with guests in person, via phone as well as email. Provide exceptional customer service to all hotel guests. Provide solutions and problem solve. Communicate clearly with other Front Desk staff and other departments, perform all shift checklist responsibilities, laundry, breakfast setup and perform other duties as needed.
Preferred Qualifications: Dedicated, hard-working, self-motivated, dependable, excellent telephone skills, ability to prioritize, outstanding communication skills.
Requirements: Prompt and regular attendance, 1+ year of customer service experience required. Must be a self motivator, problem solver and ability to work independently. Must be available to work 11pm-7am. Primarily weekday schedule.
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: Up to $14.00 per hour
