Job description

We are filling a full time position in our shipping department. This position requires an individual that is looking for consistent work throughout the day. The ideal candidate will also have a great attendance record. The production demands of our customers provide us with amazing job security and opportunities for growth. In order to meet these demands the team is expected to attend all scheduled shifts and maintain consistent production throughout the day.

We are currently building a brand new state of the art heated and cooled warehouse and will be continually growing our team this year to meet the demands of our customers! This position has a consistent schedule with no nights or weekends. This position requires consistent standing and lifting.

Pay: Starting pay of $12/hr plus production based monthly bonus

Schedule: Monday to Thursday 9AM-6PM and Friday 9AM-4PM

This position reports directly to: Production Team Lead and Warehouse Supervisor

The position requires, but not limited to:

-Individuals to properly pack, label, and sort packages accurately.

-Individuals to work on their feet for multiple consecutive hours.

-Individuals to prep packaging and components for future production.

-Individuals to double check and ensure order accuracy.

-Individuals to work in a fast paced environment.

-Keep a clean and safe environment.

-Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

-Maintain a positive working relationship with all other employees.

-Maintain solid communication skills.

Additional helpful skills:
-Ability to safely operate forklift.
-Ability to operate and navigate shipping vendor websites.
