Our customer in Monroe, Wisconsin is an award-winning food manufacturer seeking hard-working individuals to join their family-owned business. As a Packaging Associate, you will be responsible for packaging and inspecting food, as well as sanitizing the working area to ensure products are meeting top quality standards.

Responsibilities of the Packaging Associate:

• Performing basic operations of assigned packaging equipment machine(s).
• Completing required paperwork accurately for compliance.
• Monitoring production to ensure continuous flow.
• Watching for product inconsistencies and preventing issues.
• Transferring product from totes to conveyors.
• Verifying product codes and materials for accuracy.
• Checking containers for proper sealing.
• Attaching labels to products.
• Moving products onto pallets and stacking in correct pattern.
• Sanitizing equipment and work area.

Packaging Associate Requirements and Qualifications:

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Reliable attendance for scheduled shifts.
• Capability of standing during the entire shift.
• Ability to lift 50lbs.
• Experience in manufacturing and/or packaging preferred.

Pay for Packaging Associate: Starting at $19.00/hour.

Schedule: Monday-Friday from 5am-done with overtime every other Saturday from 5:00am until done.
