CONFIDENTIAL Skilled & Rehabilitation Nursing Facilities in Bucks County are looking for an experienced Mobile Assistant Director of Nursing/Director of Nursing.
This position may include responsibility to sit for extended periods of time at one location.
This position has a pay range of $100,000-$130,000 based on experience.
Job Responsibilities
- The Mobile ADON/DON will direct, oversee and evaluate all nursing personnel (RN, LPN, CNA, etc.)
- The Mobile ADON/DON will guide staffing procedures and will set objectives and long-term goals for the nursing department
- The Mobile ADON/DON will organize and coordinate admission, nursing and patient care procedures
- The Mobile ADON/DON will control budgets and monitor expenditures
- The Mobile ADON/DON will resolve issues and deficiencies when needed
- The Mobile ADON/DON will collaborate with other departments and professionals to streamline operations
Skills
- Proven experience as a Director of Nursing and/or Assistant Director of Nursing
- Great knowledge of legal regulations and best practices in healthcare
- Willingness to keep abreast of changing standards in nursing administration
- Valid Registered Nursing License in PA and CPR certification
