Job description
Mama Bev’s Bakery is looking to hire a Packaging Operator. Mama Bev’s is a fast pace production bakery located in Hales Corners, specializing in St. Louis Butter Cake. This third generation family recipe has been in high demand since being introduced to the market. This is a PART TIME or FULL TIME position with the opportunity to grow with us as we expand our operations!
Primary Responsibilities:
- Proper storage and handling of raw ingredients
- Cleaning and sanitation practices
- Built and wrap pallets
- Tear down, production/operation, and cleaning of equipment
- Proper maintenance of production and packaging equipment
- Packaging and shipping products
- Properly label cakes, including lot numbers
- Quality control including, but not limited to, cleanliness, appearance of product, and packaging
Experience and Requirements:
- Previous baking experience is a plus
- Fast learner with the ability to multitask
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Attention to detail
- Pallet building and wrapping a plus
- Ability to work as a team to produce quantities for the day
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $13.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

- Hales Corners, WI 53130: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
