We are looking to hire a Packaging Operator to support our manufacturing site in Mattawan, MI.

Hours are

1st shift M-F 7AM-3:30PM $17.50/hr

2nd shift M-F 3-11:30PM $18/hr

3rd shift Su-Th 11pm-7:30am $18.50/hr

This is just a high-level overview of the role we need you to fill for us

Packager may perform work on various packaging lines to ensure the timely production of products. The individual will work as a team member. The individual will lift 30-50 pounds throughout the shift. Maximum lifting will entail 50 pounds and pushing and pulling up to 100 pounds. This position may also require operation of forklift and other material handling equipment.

The packager will need to use computers to make labels. This position may also be assigned tasks in other functional areas as required to help support the overall success of the facility.

These skills and experiences will make you a good fit for this role

• Should be able to wear all required PPE including air purified respirators.
• Maximum lifting will entail 30 – 50 pounds and pushing and pulling up to 100 pounds.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment a plus
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time
• Ability to work independently under general supervision

We are currently offering a sign on bonus = $4,000 paid out over a 12 month period
Paid out at the end of the quarter worked; Q1 $750 – Q2 $750 – Q3 $1,000 – Q4 $1,500
