A key member of the Operations Team, a Packer is responsible for packing daily customer orders to meet shipping carrier deadlines. The efficient processing of outbound customer orders is essential to meeting and exceeding productivity standards that drive customer satisfaction and profitable growth.

Full time; Non-Exempt Reports to: Packing Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities

• Pack all orders to meet carrier pickup deadlines.

• Strive to meet personal and group performance goals.
• Bring any concerns about product integrity to a supervisor's attention.
• Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products and equipment.
