• Monitors and upholds plant policies, safety procedures and environmental regulations
• Conducts quality inspections and logs results
• Possesses the ability to identify problems in a quick manner to keep scrap at a minimum. Reports to the proper department and follows up for process to confirm back to standards
• Reports any machinery concerns and problems, discusses with Team Lead and relevant issues
• Reports to work in proper uniform as prescribed by Zenith dress code, GMP's, and have all required tools and needed equipment to properly perform duties
• Follows SOP for maintaining a safe and clean environment for Food Grade Products
• Monitors quality to the highest degree during production and final inspection
• Documents all QA check
• Performs all needed tests on products and control to standards
• Operates and assists in all downstream equipment to packing needs by customer
• Works as a team to assist in monitoring product, makes boxes, applies labels, inspects finished product, and relieves for breaks and lunches of co-workers as needed
• Able to work alone and as a team member. Attends shift meetings
• Confirms the use of the correct box, label, count, QA sheets, poly bags and attends to other customer needs
• Refers to the specification sheet for packaging information
• Maintains a clean, safe, organized working area before and after the shift is complete
• Works overtime as needed for companies' objectives. Supports team needs
• Available to work after hours, on weekends and on holidays based on the production schedule
• Performs other functions that may be assigned if needed

• Proven High School Diploma or GED;
• Basic Math Aptitude;
• Good communications skills;
• Familiarity with production machinery;
• Capable of monitoring the machines;
• Safety and Security Consciousness;
• Must be able to safely handle required lifting weights up to 50 pounds;
• The position requires standing, frequent bending and twisting movements are necessary for the duration of the shift.
