MCM is growing and we are looking for a driven individual to join our team; This individual (hopefully you!) will serve as an integral part of our marketing company. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing clients’ paid media strategies across paid search, social, OTT, display and programmatic channels. Our paid media strategists work directly with our account managers and clients to help hit goals and objectives. About Martin City Marketing
We started as a small internal marketing agency for a large automotive conglomerate in Kansas City. We quickly discovered the need for our unique marketing method in the automotive industry, so we formed our own agency to serve those dealerships. Now we work with many dealerships around the United States, providing the quality digital and print marketing services they need to help their businesses thrive.
But we didn't stop there; our 2-million-dollar print department has grown into a thriving branch of our company as well, bringing a new standard of marketing materials for businesses and residents nationwide.
This year Team MCM added a New York City office but still keeps our base in Kansas City, MO.

Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s or 4-year degree in a related discipline or 6 years in the marketing field.
- Strong understanding of Google, Bing and social ads.
- Advanced knowledge of Google products, including Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager and Data Studio
- Google Ads Certification
- 2+ years of paid media experience
- Dependable -- more reliable than spontaneous
- Adaptable/flexible -- enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction
- Detail-oriented -- would rather focus on the details of work than the bigger picture
- Achievement-oriented -- enjoys taking on challenges, even if they might fail
- Autonomous/Independent -- enjoys working with little direction
Responsibilities:
- Paid Advertising -- Work on the day-to-day paid search tasks such as Keyword Research, Ad Copy Testing, Budgeting, Campaign Creation, Reporting & Paid Advertising Strategy. Experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, & Facebook is a huge plus.
- Digital Marketing Strategy -- We encourage you to bring your creativity to the table with campaign ideas and new directives.
- Experience with Bright Local, MOZ, and SEMrush is a big plus.
- Account Management & Client Communications -- Occasionally, you will have the opportunity to directly report your success to our clients as you continue to grow into this role.
